Complaints policy
We always endeavour to provide the best service for our customers and we pride ourselves on having over 350 positive reviews on Checkatrade. In the very unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our work or service, please read our complaints procedure below.
Complaints procedure
Once we have completed work on your property we invite you to inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standard. If access to the work isn’t possible for the customer then we can provide photos. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided or work carried out then please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to rectify any problems. You can either call us on 0800 020 9661, write to us at 18 Court Farm Road, Warlingham, CR6 9BD or email us at johngood@jbgoodroofing.co.uk. We aim to respond within 7 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a member of the NFRC (National Federation of roofing contractors) you can fill out an online complaint form and they will look into it.
