Once we have completed work on your property we invite you to inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standard. If access to the work isn’t possible for the customer then we can provide photos. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided or work carried out then please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to rectify any problems. We aim to respond within 7 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
